Apparently, the Raiders are unwilling to switch JaMarcus Russell to right tackle and continue to pay him like a quarterback. According to ESPN’s John Clayton, who has a good pipeline to Raiders owner Al Davis, it’s a matter of when, and not if Russell will be released. continue
