NFL weather forecast Week 8: Sunshine in Lambeau for Favre’s return

The atmosphere may be stormy in Green Bay, but the weather will be bright and sunny when Brett Favre hits the gridiron at Lambeau Field.

No. 4 takes the 6-1 Minnesota Vikings into the place that turned him into an NFL legend as NFC North rivals do battle. Green Bay (5-2) is a 3-point favorite.

The temperature will be 50 degrees and there should be no significant wind, and certainly no snow on the field nicknamed the frozen tundra. Game time is 4:15 p.m. ET on FOX.

Carolina Panthers at Arizona Cardinals (4:15 p.m., FOX; betting line: Cardinals -10; o/u: 42.5): Sunny and 85 degrees.
