Tom Brady

Tom Brady is hurt. And it’s his throwing shoulder. Uh-oh.

tom-brady-patriotsHa, thought that might make you click.

Brady’s fine and ready for Monday night’s marquee game against the undefeated New Orleans Saints (10-0). The Patriots’ quarterback practiced fully despite a sore right shoulder and will be geared up to play in the Superdome for the first time since winning the 2001 Super Bowl.

THE SIGNPOST: New England (7-3) wants to atone for the atrocious ending to its last primetime appearance. That was two weeks ago on the Sunday night game when Bill Belichick went for it on fourth-and-2 and failed, allowing Peyton Manning and the Colts to steal a win and stay undefeated. Brady will want to spoil the Saints’ perfect season and also outduel Drew Brees. Watch for him and Randy Moss to have some serious fantasy football value in what could be the regular-season game of the year.

Game info: Patriots at Saints, Monday, 8:30 p.m. ET, ESPN; betting line: Saints –3; over/under: 54.5
