mark-sanchez-jets-headshot The Jets’ QB will have surgery on his left knee.

Sanchez first suffered the injury while at USC and has worn a brace on it since. The Jets say the surgery will take place in the coming weeks and will repair the patella ligament. Sanchez will need two months to complete his rehab, meaning he’ll have plenty of time to prepare for his second season.

The Sanchise quarterbacked his team to the AFC Championship Game and his postseason performance gives Gang Green great hope for the future.
