The Jets are set to give Braylon Edwards a bigger share of the pie.

According to the Newark Star-Ledger, the team will be without WR Jerricho Cotchery Sunday against Buffalo.
Cotchery (24 catches, 360 yards and 1 TD) injured a hamstring during practice last week and aggravated it in Monday’s 31-27 loss in Miami.

The newly acquired Edwards will get more looks, which may not be so great for the Sanchise, QB Mark Sanchez. Edwards makes acrobatic catches and he drops balls. That’s who he is. It’s just a matter time.
Opposite Edwards will be David Clowney as Brad Smith, who would be next in line, injured his quad against the Dolphins. Another benefactor from Cotchery’s absence would be TE Dustin Keller, if he can find his way back onto the rookie QB’s radar.
