Jason Ferguson, a free agent DT who spent his last two seasons with the Dolphins has been suspended for the first eight games of next season for violating NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances.

Ferguson, 35, is a 14-year veteran who was also suspended for violating the NFL’s drug policy in 1999. He was suspended 4 games after testing positive for anabolic steroids.
