The Eagles’ QB (cracked ribs) didn’t practice Wednesday.

That increases the chances that he’ll sit out the Week 2 contest against the high-flying New Orleans Saints. Backup quarterback Kevin Kolb practiced with the first-team on Wednesday while suspended Michael Vick and recently acquired Jeff Garcia worked with Philadelphia’s scout team. Coach Andy Reid said it was too early to tell if McNabb would play or not.
