Adam Vinateri

The Colts have signed Matt Stover as a replacement for their injured kicker.

Adam Vinateri could be out of action for up to two months following arthroscopic surgery to remove cartilage in his knee. 

Vinateri had converted 6-of-8 FG attempts this season, including a 23-yarder Sunday against Tennessee. 

Stover, 41, was released after 18 years with the Cleveland Browns/Baltimore Ravens franchise and has not kicked this season.
